The visitor center is a logical starting point for the excursions or independent walk. Even if you don't go into the area, the visitor center has a lot to offer. The exhibition in the Saeftinghe visitor center is a good way to get acquainted with this impressive landscape.

In Visitor Center Verdronken Land Van Saeftinghe you will find everything about the nature reserve: the nature, the landscape, the history, the wide space of the marshy landscape that characterizes Saeftinghe.

- From 1 May to 1 September, open every day (except Monday) from 1 pm to 5 pm.
- In April and September open on weekends from 1 pm to 5 pm.
- Outdoor changing rooms provided, as well as everything to clean your boots.

- Ample parking and sanitary facilities.
- Table(s) for a picnic, near benches.
