The no longer recognizable "Upper St. Briccius Stolln" detached the treasure trove from the water, but soon became irrelevant due to the lower "Middle St. Briccius Stolln".

In 1442 the pit "St. Briccius" already confirmed by the Geyer Mining Authority and documented in 1468.

From the heap gallery in front of the Pinge you have an impressive view towards Selva, Marienberg, Mildenau and Großrückerswalde if the visibility is good. In the summer months, the ski hut offers a snack on Sundays. There is seating for hiking groups.
