The water collection system is interesting, coming from the mountainside and the roof of the house.
It stores rainwater with the aim of reusing it. The tiled vault supports a register, covered by a small roof, as if it were a sentry box. Through a window, which can be closed, access is provided to the ferrata rope or poal, hanging from the pulley.
This cistern probably dates from the time of the construction of the railway, around the 1860s, but it is even possible that it is earlier.
