At the beginning of the 20th century, Eusebi Güell founded the Asland cement factory and commissioned Antoni Gaudí to design the villa in Catllaràs. Consequently, Gaudí had to live in the house of the Artigas family in La Pobla de Lillet. Out of gratitude, he gave them the design of a garden in which nature and architecture merge in perfect harmony
Interesting site to visit together with the cement museum. It is very interesting to check the times and dates to coordinate it with the train that goes up to both places.
