The Venlo Town Hall is a free-standing Renaissance building on the market in the center of the Dutch city of Venlo in the province of Limburg.

With the exception of some remains from the mid-16th century, the Venlo town hall was built between 1597 and 1601 according to plans by the Emmerich architect Willem van Bommel. The facade is flanked by octagonal towers of unequal height with open domed roofs. In 1609 new stairs and landings were added. In 1880 the front and sides were renovated in the neo-renaissance style. Arcel towers were erected in the rear part of the building.

A restoration in 1956 and 1957 involved major changes in the interior. A canopy, a clock in the council chamber and bells from 1494 and 1513 have been preserved from the original furnishings.
