The small town of Bardolino is a household name thanks to its light, sparkling red wine. It grows in the hilly hinterland of this former fishing village, which today exudes a more urban atmosphere. The open-plan old town with its wide alleys, numerous shops, and long lakeside promenade invites you to stroll. It's lively until late into the evening: Many shops are open until midnight, and
lovely restaurants, bars, and discos attract night owls from all over the region.

Inland from Bardolino, amidst picturesque vineyards and olive groves, lie numerous wineries and oil mills that sell their products directly, offer wine and oil tastings, and sometimes even have small museums.

To the right and left of the town center, Bardolino has beautiful beaches, and you can stroll directly
along the lakeshore to the neighboring towns of Garda or Lazise.
