From here you can start many mountain hikes or simply take the gondola to the alpine huts and later down with the longest Alpine roller coaster.
In Hoch Imst directly there are many activities for all ages.

I can highly recommend taking the cable car up and down again with the Alpine Coaster - that's a lot of fun.

With its 3.5 kilometers in length, the Alpine Coaster in Imst is the longest of its kind in Tyrol. Like on a roller coaster, it goes downhill on rails at a rapid 40 kilometers per hour. And in summer as well as in winter.

The children and the young-at-heart adults get very jittery already during the ascent with the chairlift. Because you can always see the coaster racing down the valley on the silver glittering rail track. Once you have reached the Untermarkter Alm at an altitude of 1,500 meters, you can finally get into a bobsleigh that even has a protective hood as a roof in winter or when it rains.
Now the sled is roaring, across alpine meadows, through small forests, steep curves on the left, steep curves on the right, over sweeping waves on the route and over the spectacular 450-degree roundabout that hovers ten meters above the ground. The Alpine Coaster is up to 40 kilometers an hour fast on its 3.5 kilometers long route, which has a height difference of a remarkable 500 meters. Children can ride with them from the age of three, from eight years with a height of at least 1.25 meters, also alone.
