Kientzheim, Alsace, chapel of St Félix and Ste Regule
The Chapel of Saint-Félix and Sainte-Régule in Kientzheim, Alsace was rebuilt in 1966 on the site of a larger church that had survived the centuries until seriously damaged during World War II. It houses an exceptional collection of ex-votos, dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, when Kientzheim was a famous Marian pilgrimage site.

This is the first lower castle of Kientzheim. It is located at the entrance to the lower town and was built around 1400 by Johann I von Lupfen. When Lazarus von Schwendi became the owner of the Hohlandsberg estate, he had the castle partially rebuilt and expanded between 1563 and 1583. It remained in the Schwendi family's possession until 1770.
In 1980, a wine museum was set up in the outbuildings.
