Parks Canada advertises the trip to the suspension bridge over Chigamiwinigum Falls as 6-8 hours round trip. If you make it this far, you can get a sticker from the Discovery Centre or Park Kiosk. Go a little further to the portage beside the river. Hook falls is at least 2km beyond, not the 1km shown on the park map.
