The Waldbühne Heessen is the amateur theater with the most visitors in Germany and fascinates its visitors year after year in the summer season with three perfectly staged plays. Since the performances take place in the open air, the season is limited to the months of May to September.

Also in winter there are three smaller "indoor" productions - because the Waldbühne is also equipped with a small winter theater.

Up to 140 participants take part in the big summer productions and guarantee the high entertainment value of the Waldbühne. The crowd scenes and above all the attention to detail that inspire the audience in all performances are particularly impressive.
