The Aper Tief is a small river in the Lower Saxon communities of Apen in the district of Ammerland and Detern in the community of Jümme in the district of Leer. It begins west of Apen at the confluence of the Große Süderbäke and the Große Norderbäke, runs roughly in an east-west direction and flows into the Jümme south of the municipality of Detern.

Beautiful nature reserve with a well-developed bike path. You pass interesting places such as the mill or a lookout tower. There are also a few benches along the way.
