On the county road (K35) in the Heimberg valley is the clubhouse of the Harzclub Wolfshagen the "Schäderbaude", which is open on Saturdays from 13:00 clock and Sundays from 11 clock in the summer months and where a stop is definitely recommended

The Baude Schäder of the Harz Club Wolfshagen im Harz e.V.
The hut is located directly on the K35 district road and was completely built by the members.
Various events have taken place every year on the spacious grounds, such as forest prayer, Johannisfest, summer festival, Wolfshäger Heimatfest ...
With the determination of the or restrictions regarding Corona, the hut is currently closed and looks extraordinarily lonely, like many gastronomic establishments in the Harz during this time.
What remains - a picnic with you brought along (sandwiches, tea, coffee ...) at this beautiful place worth mentioning!
