The Isla Margarita recreational area is located next to the Hueznar riverbank, accessed via a small wooden bridge. This enclave is of great interest, as in addition to having an exceptional landscape, it is located next to the Vía Verde de la Sierra Morena de Sevilla, one of the most popular and busy trails in the natural park. It is perfect for hiking or cycling.

At the entrance, you will also find an establishment where you can rent bicycles to take the Vía Verde route.

The recreational area is located between the Cazalla-Constantina train station and the Sierra Norte Greenway. There are picnic areas, barbecues and services. Bathing is allowed, although it may be that in times of prolonged drought the water level is quite low.
