The town hall looks a bit like 'wanted and not able'. One part copies the historical style with a staircase gable, but that doesn't really fit, the other tries to interpret it in a modern way, but that doesn't seem quite coherent either and the window fronts in particular don't seem to really fit in. In addition, an actually a little too dreary place in front of it (at least when the fountain is not in operation). Not really something that sticks as a memory and compared to the castle and St. Mary's not necessarily the part of the city center that you couldn't miss.
