Nice view from the lake promenade to Orth Castle - meaning the Seeschloss. It is one of the oldest buildings in the Salzkammergut (built in the 10th century) and was first mentioned in documents in 909 and later in 1053. The castle is also known from the TV series Schlosshotel Orth, which was successful between 1996 and 2004.
