Forte Larino - Larino bulwark: The works, silent witnesses of the First World War, are still able to communicate the full dramatic nature of the conflict between the Austrian and Italian armies. One of the most impressive works, Larino, is one of the original five works that formed the "Lardaro Locking Belt", linked by a series of trenches, trenches and galleries. Not a very cheerful pastime, but a visit here is highly recommended.

Fort Larino is a Phase I fort, meaning it was one of the first to be built. Its construction dates back to 1860 and 1861, with subsequent modernizations in 1879. The building's designer was Oskar Meiss von Taufen. Fort Larino possessed nine 15 cm M.61 guns, seven 9 cm M.75 guns, six shielded rifle turrets with carriages, and four 30 cm acetylene-fueled searchlights.
