The "Kvala Kystbatteri" and their remains are right next to it and still show the handwriting of the German Wehrmacht, which occupied Norway and left their mark in many places. Sometimes far beyond the Arctic Circle. Here there are a few dilapidated stone bunkers and on the large sheep paddock two rust-colored anti-aircraft bunkers that look like lost steel helmets. With the two anti-aircraft guns, the Germans secured the important shipping connection to the north. The guns had a range of up to 10 km.
