The balcony of Weißenfels is also located at the castle park. The green area can be reached both from the castle courtyard and via the steps at the Geleitshaus. Here you are only a few meters from the market square and yet a few "floors" higher above the city. Accordingly, there is also an interesting view of and over the roofs of the old town and the towers of the town hall and the Evangelical town church.
