After a strenuous mountain trail from Fennberg you can enjoy the typical Trento cuisine just outside Sütirol. Of course nothing without the obligatory polenta. Oh, and afterwards one of the nicest runs to Mezzolombardo is waiting for you ... among other things, one of the steepest paved roads I have ever seen.
