Giorgio Boschi is the host of Osteria Ljetzan; part of Slow Food organization it promotes dishes from the local area.
It's very bike friendly with a small repair station at the front.
They are used to cyclists as the restaurant is very informal; so don't be shy to ask for a table on your cycling clothes.
You must try their bigoli with Brogna sheep ragu'. It's so typical of the Lessini region tht is now a Slow Food Presidium.
