On the occasion of a brewery, I can't resist - from a purely literary point of view - and I have to thank the humorist Heinz Erhardt (1909 - 1979), who I highly value and who was known to a wide audience for his wit and "Noch'n poem", with a quote his – very rare – shaking rhymes:
