The majority of this MASSIVE campsite is dusty red dirt that is only really suitable for vans etc, so you have to really hunt for the grass to set up on - Unfortunately this is difficult because for some reason the caravanners love to hunt out the green patches and park on them..... I don't know why.... It doesn't make sense....
Anyways, the spot we set up is actually out of bounds and no camping is permitted. We also got sprayed by the sprinklers at 5am for about 10 minutes. Thankfully we set the tent up perpendicular to the spray, so it didn't get in the vent.
We just hung it out to dry while we had breakfast and it wasn't a big deal. Actually desirable compared to the dusty camp.
