The area includes a forested valley with a pond and meadow where there are several spring water sands. They are then bound to protected and endangered species such as bikar oak or rare species of sedge (Dallow Sedge, stubby or remote). The left bank of the stream covers birch groves.
In addition to common species of wetland and meadow communities, you will meet the Mayan bass, the sea bass, the ragweed or the broad-leaved Shiroli. There are a number of endangered amphibian species, such as a common toad, green toad or brown frog, and a large number of birds (great spotted, common jay).
