Rectangular building with two different heights. It retains part of the mill structure, with the carcaba at the bottom and some grinding wheels inside. On a side wall of the floor you can still guess the bread oven. The facades are plastered in poor mortar. Of note in the building are the well-worked openings with jambs and Ilindes, as well as the portal and a canopy window inside the farmhouse. This window provides us with data to date the building, as the canopy windows date back to the 15th century.

The mill retains the pond on an upper edge of the land. It is currently used exclusively as an irrigation pond. The water reaches it through a channel that carries the water that collects, above, the dam of the plant.
