Rokoš (1 009.9 m above sea level) is the highest peak of the Nitric Hills, the geomorphological subsoil of Strážovské vrchy. Located in their southernmost part, on the border of the Prievidza and Bánovce nad Bebravou districts, above the village Diviaky nad Nitricou. In the southern part of Rokos there are typical steep rock formations with debris at their foot.
The monument of Ľ. Štúra and A. Dubček. Both of them are natives of nearby Uhrov, they were even born in the same house, just in another time. Originally a monument built in 1968, rebuilt in 1996.
