Table Mountain is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
With its distinctive flat top and three kilometers of length, Table Mountain is more than just a beautiful mountain. It defines the landscape of Cape Town. This literal highlight, at 1,086 meters, is accessible via a quick ride on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway.
At the top of the flat-topped mountain, you can enjoy panoramic views via safe walking paths and secure lookouts. Keep your camera ready, because the views from every point on the mountaintop are simply magnificent.
Adventurers can take on the challenge of climbing Table Mountain at a walking pace. Hiking trails of varying difficulty all lead to the summit.
Practicalities: At the cable car station at the top of the mountain, you'll find a restaurant and a souvenir shop. A safe network of hiking trails crisscrosses the summit.
Since its opening in 1929, more than 22 million people have visited the summit of Table Mountain.

That had to be the case. After the long and beautiful ascent, I was pretty exhausted and allowed myself the luxury of taking the cable car down after a cozy coffee upstairs. 70 people fit in there and it rotates 360 ° while driving. View on all sides. Unique.
