The 939 m high Dyleň (German Tillenberg or Tillen) is the second highest elevation of the Upper Palatinate Forest. Austrian geographers had at the time of k.u.k. Monarchy calculated the Tillen as the geographical center of Europe. They documented this at that time on a copper plate, which they attached to the summit. 1926 built the German Alpine Club, section Eger, a club house, the Tillenschutzhaus, on the mountain. This was removed by the Czech side after the Second World War and transported to Pilsen.In the 1960s, Czechoslovakia built on the large summit area a military reconnaissance station, which lost its authority after the end of the Cold War in 1989. Today, broadcasting antennas of Czech radio stations are located on the summit.

The Tillenberg (Dyleň) is the second highest elevation of the Upper Palatinate Forest. The highest mountain is the Čerchov (1042m) in the south of the Upper Palatinate Forest. Around 1960, Czechoslovakia set up a military reconnaissance station on the large summit area, which lost its status after the end of the Cold War in 1989. Today, broadcasting antennas of Czech radio stations are located on the summit.
