Gottfried Kumpf designed a circular fountain with a waist-high frog prince sculpture made of painted bronze. The frog, which weighs around 300 kilos, sits on a large ball made of stainless steel, which symbolically represents the golden ball that the princess in the Grimm fairy tale drops into the fountain and that is brought back to her by the frog prince.
