When you stop here, in one direction you can admire the historic Canitz Pipe Bridge, a masterpiece of engineering that spans the Mulde. Its unique construction and the history it carries within it make it a fascinating sight. In the other direction you can see the Canitz Waterworks, an important part of the region's infrastructure. The combination of technology and nature here creates an interesting contrast that makes you think.
Please note that the Canitz Waterworks is not open to the public, but the view from the outside already offers an interesting insight. The Canitz Pipe Bridge is a protected cultural monument, so please respect the surroundings and the bridge itself to ensure its existence for future generations.
