It's no wonder then that hikes on developed and marked hiking trails in the area around the Koberbachtalsperre are so popular.
For normal hikes, a healthy person only needs a certain level of basic fitness.
It is important not to overestimate yourself.
You should slowly approach longer distances or day trips and give your body enough time to get used to the exercise.
When hiking, anything that is fun is allowed - and of course you can be exhausted after a great tour.
A hike also makes you hungry - enjoy the good home cooking of the region.
