The Danish Bridge in Reinbek is a listed granite ashlar bridge.

At this point, the country road to Wentorf crossed the Reinbek Mill Stream.

At the end of the 18th century, when the Duchy of Holstein was under the rule of the Danish king, wooden bridges were partly replaced by stone structures.

This semicircular bridge with a large capstone made of carved granite was built in 1793 according to plans by Johann Adam Richter, the state architect. Two rows of ashlars form the parapet, which is protected by massive wheel-guard stones. The old connecting path was relocated to the current road layout in 1900.

The bridge has not been used for road traffic since then. In 1986, the granite bridge was redesigned
in its current form and registered in the Register of Historic Monuments.

At that time, wooden bridges were increasingly being replaced by more durable stone ones in the country. At that time, Reinbek also received a new stone bridge, the so-called Dane Bridge.
It led from Wentorf over the Mühlgraben to the water mill and on to the village of Reinbek. From now on, the farmers who had to have their grain ground there no longer had to drive across the castle grounds to the mill.
