The group of trees is located at the intersection of the Heriedenweg and the Steinernen Weg/Walldürner Weg. It is also the location of the Heriedenweg blood test. To the west are the Heriedenbrünnlein and the eponymous Siebeneichen fountain, which was mentioned as early as 1818. To the south there is a hiking car park on Walldürner Weg, which can also be used for the fitness trail, as well as two rain retention basins.
The group of trees that define the landscape consists of 7 English oaks and was designated as a natural monument by municipal ordinance on January 20, 1941.
