On the road with the pedelec:
In the village of Veli Lošinj we went - sometimes with a little more motor support - to the roundabout at the end of Vladimira Nazora. From there, the pedelecs were pushed a little further to the Sveti Josip chapel. There were no indications how to get to the small Luka (port) Rovenska by bike. So we pushed the bikes down the next best path, which became increasingly narrow, but soon came to a staircase; two more such chicanes followed. Although it was only April 30th (2022), the sun didn't seem to care about the calendar, because it penetrated the narrow alleys like in midsummer and really got the pedelec carrier (the writer of these lines) into action Sweat. When we finally arrived at Luka Rovenska, the various places intended for human refreshment and presented in the most wonderful locations appealed to us, but not their prices. So only a few photos were taken and inquiries were made about a path leading to the upper part of the village. The polite, but far from satisfactory, answer was that there was no real road, but we could ride our bikes to the next chicane, then carry the bikes up the stairs, etc.
