The center of the south coast is the old renovated Libra house with the upstream jetty. The Libra house in the old harbor reminds that the island used to be a salt handling point. Around noon, when the local fishermen with their fishing boats from the open Atlantic come here is really busy. It is a carefully restored building with stairs and balconies. In the past, the salt was weighed before being transported away and then brought to the front jetty.
