The wheelwright's workshop of the Peters family has been preserved in its original condition from 1930 and consists of a workshop, residential building and deele. In the workshop, the dying craft of the wheelwright is still demonstrated on the opening days - in the Deele, on the other hand, you can enjoy cake and coffee in Café Peters. The maintenance and operation of the museum is supported with EU funds.

A beautifully preserved, self-sufficient family farm from the last century, with many old, still functioning analogue machines from times gone by!
If you would like to see something like this, definitely stop by on Sundays (May - October). But first, it's better to check the homepage to see if it's open.
Dedicated volunteers who are familiar with these old machines are often there and are happy to demonstrate the machines.
The small but fine museum is actually never overcrowded, perhaps because it is a bit out of the way?
You shouldn't miss the coffee with a legendary, homemade, delicious buckwheat roll (€3.50), coffee: €1.50!
And opposite the museum is the Langenrehm riding stables, where the playground, which is very interesting for children, can also be used free of charge (as of October 2022)! There is also a giant swing about 6m high....
