    The remains of a presumably Celtic ring wall which, with a diameter of approx. 400 m, almost completely encloses the Eibenhardt mountain top. The original fortification consisted of a moat and a wall, which was equipped with wooden palisades. The highest point on the Eibenhardt, in the middle of the ring wall, is referred to in various documents as the "Riesenhöfchen". The ring wall served not only as a “refuge” for the population of the surrounding settlements, but also as a place of residence for a permanent occupation. The highest point on the Eibenhardt in the middle of the ring wall is known as the "Riesenhöfchen". There is a presumption that the next Celtic settlement was in the area of today's Cölbe.
