Above the Parc de Belleville is a great vantage point and pavilion: The "Belvedere Willy Ronis".
From here you have a spectacular view of Paris - especially recommended for a romantic evening walk!
Tip: After dark, the Eiffel Tower flashes and sparkles every hour on the hour. The spectacle lasts about 5 minutes.

In fact, it is most beautiful there in the evening hours. You have an unbelievable view of the sea of lights in Paris, and in the adjacent Rue des Envierges you can end the evening in one of the cozy bars without the hustle and bustle of tourists. My favorite: Le vieux Belleville!
