The ascent is very easy, mainly on a gravel path. The last piece is just a little heavier, but easy to do. It is worth taking a look over the saddle. Sharp rock giants can be observed on the other side.

The ascent "over the gravel path" (i.e. the approach route to the Oberhütte) is actually easy. But the real route (according to the Komoot suggestion) is exactly the other way around. And THE increase has it all. Steep, partly alpine, I would classify it as "difficult" like my followers. And also not recommended in wet weather, has a few critical spots. But you will be rewarded for your efforts on this path by almost unbelievable views. So: if the weather is nice and dry, MUST follow the Komoot direction arrows. After a stop at the Oberhütte, you can also walk back down the gravel path. Here, too, I recommend taking the hiking trail downhill.
