Alleghe is an Italian town of 1,106 inhabitants in the province of Belluno in the Veneto region. It is part of the Dolomites district. Law 482/1999 recognized the municipalities of Agordino as an area with a Ladin linguistic minority.
From Alleghe you have an excellent view of Monte Civetta.

The wall of the Civetta, over 1,000 meters high, towers majestically above the small village of Alleghe. Especially in the evening, the setting sun draws dramatic patterns in the rock walls.
