    The Rotmandlspitze offers a fantastic view past the Kruckeck over the Trockenbrotscharte to the mighty walls of the Hochgolling.

    The Gollingscharte, crossed with respect the day before, seems almost tame from here next to the massive rock mass of the Hochgolling.

    The origin of the name Rotmandlspitze is already revealed when climbing up from the Kruckeck-Scharte, but the red background is also clearly visible on the steep descent to the Giglachseen. The view of the Styrian and Lungauer Kalkspitze falls across the Giglachseen.

      Hello, the view from up here is simply magnificent and rewards you for the sometimes quite narrow and steep ascent. But all that is forgotten when you admire the breathtaking Alpine panorama here

        Unfortunately, we were denied the magnificent view, since it was not only extremely cold, but also covered with thick clouds. But despite everything, the ascent and descent from the Schladminger Tauern Höhenweg remains in our memories - simply a great experience.
