Hoeve Groot Zandbrink is a so-called TOP, which stands for Tourist Transfer Point. A 'junction' where various signposted and unmarked cycling and walking routes come together. A TOP is easily accessible by car and has ample parking space. In the vicinity of the TOP you can often find catering facilities for a cup of coffee and where a charging point for electric bicycles is available. Theehuis Groot Zandbrink is a resting point to take a break, have a drink and look around the farm.

De Deel and Het Theehuis are available for hire on all days of the week (Theehuis outside regular opening hours) for gatherings such as meetings, gatherings and festive occasions. With a capacity of up to 70 and 25 people respectively. There is also an opportunity to get married in or around the farm.

The emphasis is on recreation and education. Various events are organized throughout the year, such as plow day, hay day, open beekeeping days, harvest day, wood day, farmer's winter walk.
