Wonderful view from the Wiehenturm: to the south into the Eggetal and to the main ridge of the Wiehengebirge with the Nonnenstein, in the other direction to the Stemweder Berg and over the North German Plain with the glacial valley of the Weser in the east.

The Wiehenturm was completely renovated two years ago and is therefore still very modern. The viewing platform is 25 m above the ground and therefore offers a perfect view of the North German plain. The Stemweder Berg can be seen anyway, but the view also extends to the Dammer Mountains and, in good weather, to the Kaliberg near Wunsttorf. You simply have to enjoy the fascinating view in peace and quiet.
