The historic Linde inn in its 100-inhabitant village is an insider tip. Not only does the majority of the furnishings date from the same year as the inn - no, it is mainly thanks to the landlady Sieglinde Wittmann, who has been wielding the scepter for 40 years, that this gem of Upper Palatinate inn culture not only has its charm but also excellent cuisine . Cooking, however, is only available if ordered in advance. The name "Zur Linde" is not, as one might think, after a tree in front of the house, but simply after the landlady, who everyone just calls "Linde". She is the great-granddaughter of Martin Dotzler, who had the house built over 100 years ago. It goes without saying that with so much cult status, the range of dishes is also completely convincing, Sieglinde is also the boss behind the stove - in every respect!
