The Persil watch at the anchorage in Büsum

Since 1998, the Persiluhr, which won a national competition held by the Henkel Group, has adorned Büsum's anchorage. The original Persil watches were already popular meeting places in the 1920s. The Büsumer and the other eight replicas of this nostalgic watch, which are distributed throughout Germany, were made to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Persil brand.

Why was Büsum chosen as the winner?
Since the 5.5 meter high and 1 square meter radio-controlled clock will find a worthy setting and a lot of attention on the attractive anchorage...
