This is one of over 300 knight's stones of the Palatinate Forest Association.
"The Ritterstein points [with its arrow] to a redoubt on the Harterkopf from the time of the Revolutionary Wars [...]. The redoubts near Fischbach near Kaiserslautern were built by the Revolutionary Wars (also called the Coalition Wars, 1792-1815). Prussia. They came over the Schorlenberg under the Prussian Field Marshal Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher (1742-1819) and drove the French back to Pirmasens via Fischbach, Hochspeyer and Trippstadt. Also known in this context are the battles for the Schänzel near Edenkoben, which the Schänzelturm on the Steigerkopf is reminiscent of." This knight's stone is practically the signpost for No. 145. Whoever turns directly should be in 360 steps with the other, No. 145, which points to the Prussian redoubt from the First Revolutionary War. I did not count whether there are 360 steps, because it was not easy to find the other one! I wish you success!
