ハイキング
The Römerbrunnen is a sour spring. There is a very well-kept rest area here. You can see the CO₂ coming out of the volcanic rock. This phenomenon can also be observed in Lake Laach.

The spring itself looks more interesting than appetizing... :-) Nevertheless, a few benches and a beautiful view invite you to take a short break.

Bubbling spring called "Roman fountain". Nice place to linger. Unfortunately, the tree that provided shade was cut down.
The fountain was not built by the Romans, by the way. However, it got its name from coin finds from the time of Emperor Vespasian.
