      Not for people with fears, as it sometimes goes very steeply next to a downhill. I got over it, after I almost made myself in the pants. It costs already overcome first to get on the ladder, unfortunately, the kicks are very close to the rock, so I felt it twice as hard. Then the way goes, if you do not look down. A place is still a bit hairy, because I would have liked more brackets.
      I was rewarded with gazes and of course a great feeling to have made it.

          Steep, uphill path in zigzag towards Klamml. A little slippery in wet weather, otherwise you have a great view of the Kitzbühler Horn and the valley from here.

            A path through a former riverbed. Steep places are secured with metal hooks in the rock, a staircase and steel chains. Is quite steep overall and therefore exhausting, but technically not difficult. There are no deep abysses right next to one, but a certain fear of heights is recommended. Runs directly under steep rock, used by climbers, so there is a risk of falling rocks and a helmet is recommended. Not to be confused with the challenging via ferrata through the Klamml, which crosses the Klammlweg.

              Very nice but also demanding way. Sure-footedness Vertigo are absolute prerequisites here. My recommendation, the way uphill for safety's sake, so from the Gaudeamushütte to Gruttenhütte commit!

                    The ropes are part of the via ferrata.
                    Nevertheless, we were almost overwhelmed by the section on the way from the Gruttenhütte down to the Gaudeamushütte. That should have been better mentioned, then we wouldn't be there for long. I'm not afraid of heights. Violent.

                                This is the section of the trail to Klamml on the connection between Gruttenhütte and Gaudeamushütte. Quite easy to walk in the lower part, a bit more 'gravelly' and steeper further up, but all doable if you take the time. Shortly before the Klamml there is a short (somewhat worn) ladder, but it is wide enough that you can also help children there if necessary. Through the Klamml there is either the hiking trail that zigzags up a flight of stairs, or alternatively the via ferrata, which also includes the rope bridge (komoot.de/highlight/108248). In order to reduce the risk of falling rocks for hikers, the access route to the Klamml has been moved down a bit, but a critical look up can't hurt.

                                      Nice via ferrata that can of course be done by experienced climbers without any equipment. We still recommend some, as some are steep, but with safety it is simply safer. At the top it gets quite steep, where it becomes exhausting. We also recommend a helmet, as it will be heavily climbed. Great view from above.
