Fjord&Bælt is a world of unique marine animal experiences.
Get up close to Denmark's largest marine animals at Fjord&Bælt,
located right by the harbor in Kerteminde.
One of the few places in the world where you can experience Denmark's national whale,
the porpoise, up close.

Together with the spotted seals, the porpoises are trained daily at 11:00 a.m.
and 1:00 p.m. – for mental and physical stimulation and to participate in scientific research.
You can have a front-row seat as the animal trainers talk about physiology,
the seasonal changes of marine animals, and current research projects. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to ask questions.
Fjord&Bælt is both an aquarium and a research and information center
with a wealth of exciting stories.
Discover the beautiful aquariums with a wide selection of native Danish fish, showcasing the impressive, yet often unknown, diversity of Danish fish and mollusk species.
In the long underwater tunnel, you can experience life on the seabed
from the perspective of the sea creatures.
On your way down, you will also encounter the skeleton of a giant sperm whale.
