Flensburg Harbor is located at the end of the Flensburg Fjord within the city of Flensburg. A distinction is made between the west side, the east side, and the harbor tip.

The harbor extends in the west from the harbor tip to the Baltic Sea resort. On the east bank, its extent was previously calculated as far as Kielseng.
