ハイキング
The Goetheteich is located on the eastern edge of Darmstadt, at the foot of Herrgottsberg. It was created in the 1970s on the initiative of the mayor of Darmstadt, Heinz Winfried Sabais. Of course, the pond was named after the poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. The pond is popular with the Darmstadt for walking.
